Meet Our Team

Gayle Piraino
Gayle is GAP Promo’s President. Gayle founded the company in 2006, bringing over 15 years of beverage industry expertise and 23 years of retail experience. Gayle is truly committed to providing GAP’s customers award-winning ideas to promote their brands and best-in-class client service. She will do whatever it takes to help GAP’s customers “Raise the Bar”. She very much enjoys spending time entertaining with her family and friends as well as traveling for both business and pleasure – exploring new places and visiting with GAP clients.
Jeff Piraino
Key Account Development Manager
Jeff rejoined the GAP team in 2018 after many years with GAP. As a family business, he supported the team from day 1 when GAP started out in the Pirano’s basement. Thru the years he supported the team as an Associate Manager on the MillerCoors, Yuengling, Woodchuck, and Diageo Beer accounts. Now Jeff rejoined the team as a New Business Development Manager with his time focused on finding new clients for the GAP team to service. Jeff graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2016 with a Degree in Marketing and a concentration in Entrepreneurship with Cum Laude honors. In his time outside the office you’ll catch him at the golf course, out for a run around town, spending time at the fine beaches that Gloucester has to offer, and time with his family.
Michelle Fabiano
Inside Sales Representative
Michelle joined GAP in January of 2021. She graduated from Fisher College with a BA in Communications and Media in 2014. She comes from a career background in wedding/event sales and planning. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, she partners with Jeff, helping to manage key accounts including Boston Beer, Guinness, White Claw, Mike’s Hard Lemonade. In her free time, Michelle loves to hike and be outside whenever she can. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new coffee shops. The oat milk latte is her favorite!
Justin Burkinshaw
Director of Sales
Justin joined GAP as an Account Manager in 2014. He brings with him over five years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in maintaining client relationships. He works on many of GAP's Beer, Wine & Spirit accounts. Justin graduated from Bryant University in 2009, where he studied Marketing and Psychology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys watching the New England Patriots, spending days on the beach with friends, and traveling.
Gabby Boualavanh
Sales Account Manager
Gabby has been with GAP since she started interning in the summer of 2017. She graduated in the Spring of 2018 with a background in Business Marketing from Endicott College. As a Sales Account Manager, she primarily manages MolsonCoors, Diageo Spirits, Delicato, Crook & Marker, MHUSA and SGWS. In her free time, Gabby enjoys spending free time with family, friends, and her dogs: Gus and Lucy.
Patrick Kiley
Inside Sales Representative
Patrick joined GAP's sales team in 2021. He brings with him 5 plus years of merchandising and event experience in the alcohol industry. Patrick graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016, where he studied Business Management. In his free time, he enjoys getting his dog outside on long walks to run her around. He loves spending time with good friends and family. When he's off on the weekends he loves nothing more than to be in the mountains snowboarding or out on the water for a good surf session. In the summertime you'll find him in Hew Hampshire wake surfing with friends on their boat at Beaver Lake.
Lorri Bonaccorso
Accounting Manager
Lorri started at GAP in September 2018 as the new Accounting Manager. She comes to GAP with over 13 years in the promotional products industry. In her free time, Lorri likes to travel, spend time at the lake with her family and enjoy an Espresso Martini or two. She also loves hanging out with her sweet, little Shih Tzu, named Coco.
Kayla Peritore
Customer Service Manager
Kayla joined GAP in June 2019 as the Customer Service Manager. She graduated from Fisher College in 2012 with a degree in Business Management & a concentration in Fashion Merchandising. Kayla comes from a career background in retail & E-commerce. In her free time Kayla enjoys spending time outside with her husband and young son. Her favorite activity is sitting on her back deck watching the boats go by. Aside from spending time with her friends & family Kayla loves all things fashion & shopping, you can often find her at the local mall looking to expand her vast shoe collection!
Bryn Heber
Customer Service Representative
Bryn joined Gap in November of 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. Her career background in Sales, Retail Management, and Inventory Control allows Bryn to provide excellent vendor and customer service. Outside of work, Bryn enjoys spending time with family, home improvement projects, and gardening. Flowers and perennials are her favorites.
Nancy Doody
Operations Administration Assistant in Accounting
Nancy Joined GAP in June, 2019 as the Operations Administration Assistant in Accounting. My career background encompasses Commercial Lending, Human Resources and Accounting. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dog – Izzy (we both love Bradley Palmer State Park). In general, I love being outside on a beautiful day whether it be relaxing in the yard, at the beach or going for a nice walk. My other favorite activity is decorating my home (interior and exterior) with seasonal décor – allows me to be creative.
Michael Crockett
Creative Services Manager
Michael joined GAP in 2016 as their Graphic Designer. Michael graduated Montserrat College of Art in 1997 with a concentration in Mixed Media. Outside of work Michael lives a creative life of illustrating, sign-making, painting and playing guitar in his band.
John VanBuskirk
Graphic Designer
John joined GAP in 2016 as one of their Graphic Designers. John graduated from Rochester University in Michigan with a degree in Media & Communication Arts. He brings over 15 years of graphic design, printing and production experience to the team. Outside of work John enjoys spending time with his wife and fur baby, collecting and playing retro video games (especially for the NES), going to yard sales and comic book conventions
Samantha Creamer
Inside Sales Representative
Samantha joined GAP’s sales team in 2021. She brings with her 3 plus years of sales and event experience. Samantha graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2019, where she studied Economics. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, and painting. She loves spending time with her friends and family. On the weekends you can find Samantha walking the beach with a coffee in her hand.
Judy Muth
Judy joined GAP Promo in February 2021, bringing with her over 20 years of sales, marketing, and e-commerce experience in the consumer products industry. She works closely with the GAP sales team on new business development. She graduated with a BS in Marketing and Finance from Illinois State University and has an MBA from Pepperdine University. Judy loves traveling, the beach, sunrises, and sunsets. She is also an avid sports fanatic and enjoys her own fitness routine. In her free time, Judy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
